Teaching Board

+1 for teaching board! With public/private features, and chat box. Maybe even a "?" button for viewers to raise questions? A poll too for viewers to cast next move or next variation to review or best move or something. Maybe a private social feature to show likes/dislikes for teachers to know whether they're on track with what students are looking for.

I remember that an earlier version of Skype used to have a feature where two users could communicate visually/audibly and play chess at the same time. The ability to do this for chess teachers cannot be underestimated.
