I'm Lilit Galojan from Armenia.
I am WGM and IM.

I was a member of the women's team for many years, and at the same time I worked at the universities.
I really like intellectual competition. I am interested when people invest their mental abilities and skills in the game.

For 12 years, I participated in various team tournaments as member of Armenian women's team.

Although chess is an individual sport, but when you participate in team tournaments, you can gain additional experience. You are able to communicate with the best chess players and coaches of your country, participate in tournaments and chess gatherings with them, listen to their comments about your moves and their games.

I have participated in various international tournaments and won prizes among women.
I won a prize place in the international men's tournament 1 time.
Sometimes it was possible to win or draw with men's grandmasters, naturally, it was possible to win international masters more.

I was Armenian Women's Champion of twice, I took 2-3 places 5 times.
In my country, chess is a developed and popular sport, and it is not so easy to achieve success. In my country, international tournaments are held, where even Armenian chess players with 1900-2000 coefficients are able to throw down the gauntlet against high-class foreign chess players and win well-deserved victories.

I have worked at the Polytechnic University as a chess lecturer since 2007. Currently, I work as a chess lecturer at the University of Architecture and Construction.

My teams from both universities have achieved many successes in inter-university chess tournaments held in Armenia and Russia, winning medals. Thanks to the many successes of my students, I received the scientific degree of associate professor of pedagogy.

As a professional, in the past I limited my coaching activities to working only with students with high chess degrees in universities.
It will be four years since I have been working with chess players of different ages and chess levels in a group and individual way.

An important characteristic for a coach is to want to share his knowledge.

I like to watch games and analyze them. I try to watch my students' games online and cheer them on, it's not so easy, but that way you are starting better understand and feel the students and their moves.

I can help you choose the openings suit your playing style․ How to development of pieces and choosing a further strategy of the game.

I can help to form a correct calculation scheme. To give information about candidate moves and the tempo moves. What are the tactical and positional possibilities in the position? E.t.c․․․

There is no one way of teaching technology. Each student should be given an individual approach.

You have to analyze the student games, find the weak places and work on.
If a student only works on his weaknesses, it is difficult learning stile and he will soon get bored. It is also necessary to allow the student to show his strengths so as not to lose his love and enthusiasm.
For short, I try to help my students improve by increasing enthusiasm.
