FM Liviu Cerbulenco

My name is Liviu Cerbulenco. I am from Moldova. I study at the State University of Moldova at the faculty of Foreign Languages (applied English and applied German) and I am Fide Master, currently my official rating being - 2300. I play chess for many years and have a lot of experience of playing against fide masters, international masters and grandmasters. I won many serious national tournaments and I show good results at international ones.

I have many excellent results, among which the 1st place at the National Chess Championship of Moldova in 2014 (I am still the youngest national chess champion of our country) , becoming the absolute champion of Moldova (I became the youngest national chess champion of our country in the history). After that I became a part of our national team to participate at the World Chess Olympiad which took place in Tromso, Norway also in 2014. Another great result was taking the 3rd place at the European Team Chess Championship U18 when our team showed a great play against more rated teams.

I have a wide coach experience. I have been training via Skype many years, and I train face-to-face as well. I can teach anyone the important aspects of chess, as well as more deep ones which will bring any player to the wishfull development of his chess skill. I can help players of any level to excell their strategy, tactics, endings. I also have a very big database of chess openings analysis which I would be glad to send to my "chess pupils".

I use Chessbase, where I can show you different aspects of strategy, tactics, ending, etc. I have a lot of great books and analyse the games from that books with my students (I choose the books depending on student level). We study typical positions, pawn structures, typical plans and manoeuvres. We analyse together the student's games, find the mistakes and the students take great lessons from that. I have Very Deep Opening Analysis which I share with my students of any level (from beginner to grandmaster). I develop the teaching programm according to the individual characteristics of my students.
