About me
I'm Coach Rands and I've been coaching in the collegiate level for 19 years. I work on chess part time and only available during weekends. I love playing and teaching chess. I share my chess and life experiences as well!😊
Playing experience
I play usually in open tournaments and played my last tournament in 2016 where I had a great win and draw against 2 GM'S from belorussia. I keep myself busy nowadays in studying and teaching chess and playing some blitz games. I believe that the best teacher is always experience and we should always keep on learning and at the same time have fun playing chess! :)

Teaching methodology
Each lessons will be carefully prepared for the student and can be structured or unstructured depending on the needs of the student. Empowerment of the student is my first priority!😊
