Teaching experience

Coaching:
I have produced a few state and national champions in the USA, Ireland, Canada, Singapore and India. The FIDE rating of a few of my students went from 1600 to 2400.
Best student results:
1. Mithun Pranav - world's youngest rapid rated player and Singapore national champion
2. Rafael - represented Ireland in the world championship U-10.
3. Maya Kanesh - represented Canada in the U-8 world championship.
4. Have taken special training sessions for Arjun Kalyan who has become an IM now with 2 GM norms

Those who are interested in coaching, feel free to contact me at siddy2006@gmail.com.

Other experiences

Have taken guest lectures in many chess academies.

Best skills

I would be able to show improvement in the student's overall understanding of chess and give an improvement of atleast 200 Elo points (provided you are less that 2400 FIDE rated). I will ensure that the student is solid with the fundamental principles before going deep into analysis of complex variations.

Teaching methodology

I would initially go through your last 3 tournament games and based on them, we will proceed forward with the coaching. For beginners/intermediate level players, the focus would primarily would be on calculation techniques and visualization (as they give immediateresults) . Then we will focus on positional play, strategy and endgames and finally touch upon openings/theory and how to prepare against opponents.
