Yes but you are not the only "model" for them are you ?

Might there not be far more influential ones than yourself ?

Sure...in the home parents may model something different... but I think you "teach people" how to treat you. I'm more than willing to help anyone, but I don't respond to disrespect and I do respond to respect. In my little circle of the world are kind and respectful people near me. We all treat each other well. In my work environment everyone gets along. Maybe people behave differently in other places, but in the classroom and in my work space, the popular answer is kindness.

Widening that idea to any other, and much larger circles, might not be that viable ?!

My circle influenes their own circles.... That's how trends start... One person at a time... One community, town, city, etc ... At a time.
