I lost faith in humans

I haven't lost faith in humans. People act responsibly and compassionately most of the time. It's humanity that's giving me problems. As a species, we seem hell-bent on self destruction. Didn't Nietzsche say something once about madness being the exception in individuals but the rule in groups of people?
Group dilution of responsibilty and other things perhaps ?
Not sure how having "faith in people" matters. Perhaps it's those sorts of idealizations which only add to the problem (assuming that there is one).
It might to the individual, it could affect the way one lives ones life considerably ?!
Hmm... I work with children and I find that if I am kind and respectful, so are they. By modelling the behavior you want to see, people tend to copy.

I've been in some "biting" forums before. I chose the higher ground and people followed.

Be the change you want to see....

But don't worry about others making poor choices... You be you!

All the best!
