How Often do you Eat out?

Once a month or less. Pizza on birthdays, which are 4 times an year (They also count as once a month). Once a week is too much and too unhealthy, in my opinion (I do not mean to offend anyone). Restaurants tend to use food coloring to make food appealing, and you have absolutely no idea you're eating food coloring. Eating outside regularly makes you fall ill. Once me and my sister went eating outside with family on my birthday, then it turned out that the color on the food was due to food coloring. We had to wash for like 5 mins to get it out!

I appreciate your feedback and yes, I would agree that restaurants don't cook as high quality as a home cooked meal. We aren't eating at a junk food restaurant each week. We eat at nicer places with good quality food, but since I eat most of my food at home and I take good care of my diet, I haven't been ill in years. Glad you found a pattern that works for you too.
I believe I will eat 6 plates

Me : overeating on two plate

Relatable?
Not generally, but I make an exception for fish or Japanese food, or spicy peppers.
This week, since we're in Calgary on vacation for a chess tournament, we eat out like every day. In other words, it's just fat and good tasting stuff
I much prefer to cook for myself, and for my family when I am with them. But then, I have gone through periods when restaurants were simply not affordable.
Even now, when I can afford to, I rarely eat out. Sometimes at work, if I have an extended lunch break between classes, I will find a small local noodle shop. It doesn't have to be in the Michelin guide, it just has to be fast eats. But as often as not, I will brown bag it or even skip lunch altogether.

> SUSHIIIIIII I LOVE SUSHIII

For a few years my wife and I were going out for sushi about twice per week. It got kind of ridiculous.
