Game errored out - refreshed page, my move went through & opponents clock is ticking down. Fine, right? Wrong.
I've been timed out for a day after this game. Can I please get this removed?

Same happened here, try reporting the user you played it against, choose the theme as Other and paste the link of the game. Explain what happened and ask the rating points back.
We are aware of the issues and doing everything we can to fix them asap.
