When people vote for a president, the majority rules. If most people like this icon, why should there be change?
@CreativeThinking so what relation do you think a one minute game has with a lightening bolt and a 1/4 game with a cursor?
@IWANTMYMOMMY1782 because there cannot be different presidents for different people, but what i am proposing is that the user can choose the icon that they like!

@Jiyaochani First of all, I'm not against the change of the bullet icon. And, the ultrabullet icon (the cursor one) looked better than the current one, which now is less distinguishable from the bullet icon, imo. I'm not trying to make up any relation between the cursor and the time control, just felt like it was cooler before.
Those new icons look F.A.N.T.A.S.T.I.C.!!!

Raising Support?? That doesn't matter when it comes to lichess features. I got 40+ thumbs up on one of the features, doesn't mean that they will even consider it. It's all up to the thibault and the mods at the end of the day, and in #7 thibault said that it will stay as it is. By the way, how weird is it to go to one profile, see time control symbols, and then go to another profile and see different time control symbols?

@mysterious_expert They said that there was no plan to implement swiss tournaments as well.. I doubt anything will happen but i really want the option to bring the cursor back...
also, your last point doesn't make sense, as for one person the time control symbols ideally should be changed for everything, but another user sees something different.

You didn't get the point. He just wanted to say that, whosoever changes the the icon set to be the previous one, would see their icons like the previous one (and all over lichess, like the trophy, tournaments. etc.,) but *not* others who are visiting his/her account.
